📋 Requirement Details

Req 2.99: The Supplier shall ensure that all configuration updates and policy changes can be deployed without system downtime or disruption to enrolled devices. Rollback procedures shall be made available to DepEd for safe change implementation.

⚙️ Technical Demonstration

IMTLazarus completely satisfies this requirement through its dynamic, asynchronous policy delivery architecture and version-controlled configuration engine. The system is engineered to handle large-scale deployment tasks without interruption:

Instantaneous Rollback Infrastructure: To support safe change management, the platform preserves an immutable history of past profile snapshots. If a newly deployed policy causes unforeseen technical conflict or operational friction across the DepEd fleet, administrators can execute a single-click rollback command, instantly reverting endpoints to the previous verified configuration baseline.

Zero-Downtime Hot Updates: Configuration patches, web filter updates, and restriction profiles are pushed as lightweight over-the-air (OTA) JSON payloads. These updates inject directly into the running device agents on the fly, eliminating the need for system reboots, container restarts, or endpoint downtime during school hours.
