📋 Requirement Details

Req 2.106: Platform-specific training tracks shall be delivered for all operating system to ensure that ICT personnel at Central, Regional, and Division levels can competently manage all OSes.

⚙️ Technical Demonstration

IMTLazarus completely satisfies this requirement by providing distinct, deeply technical instruction pipelines customized for every operating system within the DepEd ecosystem (Chromebook, Windows, iOS, macOS, Android, and Linux). This ensuring that IT and ICT personnel across all governance tiers achieve equivalent operational mastery regardless of platform:

Advanced Cross-Platform Troubleshooting: Technical teams are equipped with diagnostic workflows specific to each platform, including agent log retrieval, policy sync force-commands, and remote endpoint recovery workflows tailored to each distinct operating system environment.

Platform-Isolated Engineering Tracks: Rather than delivering a generalized system overview, training is fragmented into specialized technical deep-dives. ICT personnel are trained on the native background behaviors, daemon management, and deployment constraints unique to each operating system.

OS-Specific Lifecycle Configurations: Curriculums cover OS-specific provisioning techniques (e.g., Google Admin Console sync for Chromebooks, Apple School Manager/VPP integration for iOS/macOS, and MSI/GPO deployments for Windows endpoints), baseline restriction profiles, and platform-isolated application control matrices.
