Req 2.98: The Supplier shall support pilot testing and early-stage deployment, monitor policy behavior during the pilot phase, and assist in identifying adjustments before department-wide rollout.

⚙️ Technical Demonstration

IMTLazarus completely satisfies this requirement by providing a multi-tenant administrative structure perfectly engineered for phased, risk-mitigated deployments. The platform avoids "all-or-nothing" configurations, allowing DepEd to isolate testing environments before executing a broad, department-wide rollout:

Proactive Adjustments & Safe Scaling: Based on the real-time empirical data gathered from the pilot logs, the Supplier’s engineering team assists DepEd in fine-tuning, hardening, or relaxing filtering definitions. Once the baseline configuration is stabilized and approved, the verified profile can be seamlessly duplicated or expanded across all organizational tiers with zero disruption.

Staged Blueprint and Pilot Isolation: Administrators can create dedicated, sandboxed configuration profiles and assign them exclusively to a restricted organizational unit (OU) representing the pilot group (e.g., select schools or divisions). Changes applied here remain entirely isolated from the rest of the production fleet.

Real-Time Behavior Monitoring: During the pilot window, the platform’s Logs & Activity engine acts as a continuous telemetry catcher. IT teams can closely monitor the pilot group's active traffic, observing blocked web events, application usage patterns, and agent stability metrics to instantly assess policy performance and impact.
