⚙️ Technical Demonstration

IMTLazarus incorporates an enterprise-grade Reporting and Visualization Engine that delivers role-optimized visibility across DepEd’s structural hierarchy through secure, role-based views across all OSes:

1) Tailored Role-Based Dashboards: The system automatically filters telemetry and functional widgets based on the authenticated user's role:

ICT Administrators: Access system health maps, endpoint enrollment trends, security compliance baselines, patch status logs, and global network performance indicators.

Curriculum Teams: View aggregated web usage trends, digital learning platform engagement metrics, and localized Tagalog and regional dialect keyword filtering exceptions/trends to optimize content delivery.

School Leaders: Receive localized operational summaries covering campus device utilization, safety violation distributions, and overall school compliance metrics.

Finance Officers: Review hardware lifecycle tracking, application license distribution, software utilization rates, and data relevant to asset depreciation or procurement planning.

2) Dashboard Customization and Secure Sharing: Authorized users can customize their workspace via drag-and-drop analytics widgets, establish custom filters (by Region, Division, or School), and pin key performance metrics. The platform supports secure sharing protocols, allowing administrators to generate encrypted, read-only dashboard links or schedule automated email distribution profiles to share real-time visual reports with authorized stakeholders.
