📋 Requirement Details

Req 2.108: A structured learning program shall be implemented and shall include:
1. Initial Instructor-Led Learning – A half-day (approximately four [4] hours) hands-on session conducted at regional training hubs.
2. Structured Online Learning – Four to six (4–6) hours of self-paced certification modules covering device management, filtering workflows, analytics, and safeguarding processes. 3. Ongoing Training – Two to three (2–3) hours of annual refresher or feature-release training delivered virtually, integrated into the Supplier’s ongoing support program.

⚙️ Technical Demonstration

IMTLazarus completely satisfies this requirement by delivering a blended, three-tier professional development curriculum designed for immediate technology adoption and long-term skill retention. The program structure explicitly executes all three requested phases:

3. Ongoing Training (Sustainability Phase): A continuous enablement loop providing two to three hours of annual virtual refresher courses. Integrated directly into the system's subscription lifecycle, these sessions focus on feature-release documentation, system optimization updates, and advanced security trends to maintain high compliance standards.

1. Initial Instructor-Led Learning (Launch Phase): A intensive, four-hour hands-on workshop delivered in person at regional training hubs. This session utilizes a "train-the-trainer" methodology focused on core setup workflows, ensuring ICT coordinators and baseline administrators can perform zero-touch enrollments and basic policy configurations on day one.

2. Structured Online Learning (Mastery Phase): A self-paced digital academy consisting of four to six hours of interactive, track-specific certification modules. Trainees navigate structured learning paths covering comprehensive device lifecycle management, advanced web/YouTube filtering workflows, operational data analytics interpretation, and digital safeguarding protocols.
