📋 Requirement Details

Req 2.107: The Supplier shall conduct follow-up and refresher sessions after deployment.
Sessions shall cover new features, changes from DepEd’s change-management process, and reinforcement of core administrative competencies. These shall be delivered without additional cost.

⚙️ Technical Demonstration

IMTLazarus completely satisfies this requirement by integrating a long-term, no-cost knowledge reinforcement program directly into the subscription lifecycle. The ongoing enablement loop is engineered to adapt to the evolving nature of the DepEd fleet:

Competency Reinforcement & Zero-Cost Delivery: To prevent operational knowledge decay over multi-year terms, structured review tracks focus on reinforcing complex administrative tasks (such as mass enrollment policies and custom safeguarding logic). All follow-up interventions, virtual webinars, and delta-training materials are delivered with zero added cost to DepEd.

New Feature Enablement: As the platform receives core functional upgrades, automated session triggers provide delta-training workshops detailing how new platform capabilities can be incorporated into active workflows.

Change-Management Alignment: The refresher program explicitly adapts to modifications arising from DepEd's internal IT governance changes, updating training scopes whenever directory structures, organizational units, or administrative access controls are shifted centrally.
