Req 2.41: Reports, Exports & API Integration
1. Generate scheduled and on-demand reports in standard formats.
2. Allow delivery of reports via email or secure API.
3. Support API integration with DepEd systems, platforms, and data warehouses.

⚙️ Technical Demonstration

IMTLazarus completely satisfies this requirement by providing a comprehensive, developer-ready reporting and data-integration engine. The platform bridges the gap between raw edge endpoint telemetry and institutional intelligence by supporting flexible on-demand compilation, automated delivery scheduling, and programmatic data synchronization with external DepEd systems:

Seamless DepEd Data Warehouse Integration: To facilitate long-term data archiving and cross-platform correlation, the platform provides a developer-friendly RESTful API framework. Secured via modern encryption protocols—including HTTPS transport layers, OAuth 2.0 validation frameworks, and bearer token authorization—this interface allows DepEd ICT engineers to ingest live or historical device telemetry straight into centralized government data repositories, identity suites, or external visualization engines.

Scheduled and On-Demand Standard Generation: The system features a native reporting architecture capable of compiling comprehensive telemetry datasets instantly on-demand or via automated periodic intervals. As displayed in the Notification Center configuration panels (2.41-1.png and 2.41-2.png), reports capture critical administrative and safeguarding variables—including search queries, application utilization, web activity, and digital risk flags. Generated files are formatted into industry-standard, scannable structures such as PDF summaries, CSV spreadsheets, or Microsoft Excel documents.

Flexible Multi-Channel Delivery Infrastructure: Once data is generated, the platform handles distribution through separate automated pipelines. It utilizes secure SMTP nodes to email attachments directly to designated administrative personnel. Concurrently, reports are securely staged at the application layer, allowing authorized operators to pull compiled datasets programmatically using secure API endpoints.
