📋 Requirement Details

Req 2.109: Knowledge-transfer activities shall include system walkthroughs, configuration reviews, policy interactions, safeguarding demonstrations, dashboard interpretation, and troubleshooting workflows. These activities shall enable DepEd personnel to assume full administrative ownership of the MDM platform.

⚙️ Technical Demonstration

IMTLazarus completely satisfies this requirement by executing an extensive, hands-on knowledge-transfer program explicitly mapped to the six core operational pillars requested. The objective is to transition DepEd IT teams from baseline users to fully autonomous system owners. The core tracks include:

Dashboard Interpretation & Troubleshooting Workflows: Analytical training focused on decoding system telemetry, identifying fleet vulnerabilities via active tags, interpreting compliance logs, and responding to lifecycle exceptions (such as triggering remote commands for lost or non-compliant assets).

System Walkthroughs & Configuration Reviews: Deep-dive technical sessions covering platform architecture, cloud multi-tenancy boundaries, integration logic with active identity sources (Google/Microsoft), and structural permission matrices.

Policy Interactions & Safeguarding Demonstrations: Guided workshops demonstrating how to build, deploy, modify, and enforce baseline web, YouTube, and application filtering profiles, alongside auditing the efficacy of real-time safe-browsing protections.
