📋 Requirement Details
Req 2.103: The Supplier shall implement a nationwide train-the-trainer program aligned with DepEd’s organizational structure. Training shall be delivered up to the Schools Division level through designated regional training hubs to ensure equitable access for all DepEd offices.
⚙️ Technical Demonstration
IMTLazarus completely satisfies this requirement by implementing a cascading Train-the-Trainer (TOT) deployment model designed to match the vast scale of DepEd's nationwide organizational structure. The program utilizes centralized regional training hubs to democratize technical readiness, systematically scaling down from national supervisors to school-level personnel:
- Regional Hub Consolidation: Training operations are decentralized across designated regional hubs. These hubs serve as primary enablement centers, guaranteeing equitable resource distribution, localized schedule coordination, and accessible technical infrastructure for all regional offices.
- Cascading Knowledge Transfer: The Supplier’s engineering and training teams directly certify a core cohort of Division IT Officers and Regional ICT Coordinators. This certified tier is then equipped with standardized instruction playbooks and sandbox tenancies, enabling them to independently train and support school-level ICT coordinators and master teachers within their respective Schools Divisions.
