📋 Requirement Details

Req 2.101: The Supplier shall prepare a transition plan enabling DepEd to assume full administrative and operational control of the MDM environment. The plan shall include documentation handover, readiness validation, role assignment, and operational onboarding.

⚙️ Technical Demonstration

IMTLazarus completely satisfies this requirement by providing a structured, phased operational transition framework designed to guarantee an orderly and secure handover of the MDM infrastructure to DepEd. The Supplier authors and executes a comprehensive Administrative and Operational Transition Plan divided into four mandatory compliance milestones:

4. Operational Onboarding: A structured shadowing period where DepEd core personnel manage live fleet requests, exception handling, and day-to-day configuration tasks under the direct supervision of the Supplier's engineering team before final signature sign-off.

1. Documentation Handover: Delivery of a complete, localized technical asset repository. This includes baseline architectural diagrams, tenant hierarchy maps, customized step-by-step administrator manuals, OS-specific provisioning guides, and API integration documentation for DepEd’s central identity systems.

2. Readiness Validation: A formal technical evaluation phase prior to handover. The Supplier and DepEd IT leadership execute system stress tests, verify active link directories, audit policy enforcement compliance across sample multi-OS device pools, and validate that global backup and failover recovery parameters are fully functional.

3. Role Assignment & Access Control: Configuration of the platform’s granular Multi-Tenant role matrix. System ownership is mapped directly to official DepEd hierarchies, provisioning explicit permissions for Central, Regional, Division, and School-level ICT administrators while revoking Supplier engineering privileges to establish total data autonomy.
