IMTLazarus satisfies this requirement by maintaining a comprehensive portfolio of technical documentation, system attestations, and compliance summaries. Relevant documentation verifying the platform’s security posture, operational alignment, and architectural integrity will be compiled and made available as part of the mutually agreed project turnover process, or upon formal request by DepEd authorization updates.

To ensure a secure and compliant administrative handover, the documentation framework covers the following core areas:

Operational Blueprints & Technical Guides: Complete technical handbooks, deployment workflows, and administrative role-mapping documentation necessary to support DepEd personnel in managing day-to-day platform operations.

Infrastructure Security Documentation: Provision of relevant industry-standard certifications and summaries verifying the physical security, data protection controls, and high-availability standards of the underlying cloud hosting environments.

Application Integrity & Security Reviews: Documentation demonstrating the security posture of the software layer, supported by summaries of routine independent security assessments to confirm dashboard resiliency.
