📋 Requirement Details

Req 2.82: DepEd shall retain the ability to export device inventories, logs, configurations, and analytics at any time during the contract period.

⚙️ Technical Demonstration

IMTLazarus completely satisfies this requirement by providing unrestrictive, 24/7 administrative access to data extraction tools across the entire platform lifecycle. The solution ensures that DepEd is never restricted from retrieving its own operational records, allowing authorized IT personnel at the Central, Regional, Division, or School tiers to generate and pull comprehensive system exports at any moment during the active contract period:

  • Unrestricted 24/7 Availability: Data retrieval mechanisms operate on a self-service basis directly within the administrative console. The system enforces no temporal lockouts, off-hour restrictions, or mandatory approval queues from the Supplier, giving DepEd autonomous control to run exports whenever required.
  • Comprehensive Asset & Fleet Exportability: The on-demand extraction engine covers the four required operational areas through distinct dashboard modules:
    • Device Inventories: Export of real-time hardware rosters, serial numbers, IMEI/MAC details, assigned organizational units, and current agent connection states.
    • Operational & Security Logs: Extraction of chronological audit trails, administrative configuration changes, and policy modification logs.
    • Configuration Blueprints: Downloadable snapshots of active filtering profiles, timetable templates, restriction matrices, and group security parameters.
    • Analytics & Telemetry: Access to aggregated data detailing web categorization traffic, bandwidth usage summaries, blocked content metrics, and digital safeguarding alert frequencies.
  • Zero System Impact Background Processing: The data export engine runs asynchronously on high-availability cloud architecture. Large-scale bulk extractions encompassing thousands of endpoints are executed in the background, preventing dashboard performance degradation or disruption to daily device management activities.

On-Demand Administrative Extraction Capabilities

The platform structures its on-demand export functionalities into clear operational categories accessible throughout the contract term:
