IMTLazarus natively fulfills this requirement through a unified device configuration engine that supports cross-platform baseline profile management. Administrators can create, customize, and deploy master configurations across the entire DepEd device fleet—spanning Chromebook, Windows, iOS, macOS, Android, and Linux. The platform allows strict enforcement of system-level restrictions, geofencing parameters, screenshot policies, and localized scheduling rules to maintain a standardized security posture across all endpoints.

Admin Setup Steps for Req 2.5

Enforce Scheduling and Commit: Map the baseline profile to specific operational windows using the Teaching / Work Timetable dropdown, then click the green check button to immediately deploy and enforce the profile to assigned devices.

Access Configurations Panel: Log into the IMTLazarus dashboard and navigate to Admin > Devices > Configurations on the left menu.

Define Master Baseline: Assign a unique identity in the Name field (e.g., Android - All restricted) and use the top platform tabs to granularly customize individual OS-level settings.

Configure System Restraints: Toggle baseline security rules such as Use Center Location by IPs (Geofencing), Prevent policy changes for families, and Do not record screenshots based on DepEd compliance standards.
